This package is geared for the bride that has planned most of her wedding day details & now that her big day is approaching, she deserves to relax & have peace of mind by having a wedding coordinator there for her, throughout the day, overseeing vendors, design & coordination of the wedding ceremony & reception. We’ll be there to free you from the time consuming details, so you can truly enjoy & be in the moment.

Event Management Package 

• Two planning meetings – 1st scheduled 8-12 weeks out from wedding date and final meeting scheduled 4-6 weeks out from wedding date, to go over all vendor arrival and departure times, wedding party, and various day of scheduling.
• Attends your final venue site visit with you. 
• Personalized client lounge access, which is our online planning portal that has the weekend of timeline, vendor list, ceremony order, packing list for planner.
• A custom made hourly rehearsal and wedding day time line given to the couple, bridal party, family, and vendors.
• Vendor confirmation emails/calls the week of wedding.
• Wedding day emergency kit.
• 1 hour of on site rehearsal coordination
• 10 hours of on site wedding day coordination with one lead coordinator + assistant.
